The demo goes on...
We are now on week 2 without a kitchen. As of today this is what our, what used to be our kitchen, looks like.
They have taken down walls added a beam, and now they are removing the floors...
A whole new floor plan.
And how nice to have all these good looking guys around all the time... (I know they read this so I thought I would give them an ego boost ;) )

For the past three Junes...
I have gone to my High School Alumni weekend. My best friend from high school, Danny, and I meet up with old friends and have a blast for two days. I think the best part of going back each year is just being on the mountain in Sewanee. We spend a lot of time at the reservoir swimming and it is just so beautiful. A few of us were walking on a trail and we all agreed it even smelled great up there.
Even though it was so hot, and some of us stayed in rooms with NO air conditioner, it was a lot of fun.

Look what they found...
When they took our beautiful artwork off the back wall they found 4 layers of wall paper.
How cool to think of all the lives this 78 year old house has seen. The first layer is the flower print which I think is the prettiest...
Then they uncovered this floor... WOW is all I can say. What were they thinking? And which of the wallpapers did this go with? The 70's were so strange...
This was found in the walls. Now this is totally 70's . I had an outfit that my mom made me that was so similar to this girl's outfit. And why was this in the wall?
