When I closed the boutique a few months ago I was left with a lot of clutter that I had to move to my new office.     I have a few neat things that were left over and I would like to give some of that stuff away...   So how should I go about doing that? 

hummmm a contest would be fun.  But what kind of contest?   Over at The Pioneer Woman she does these great contests that have people give one of her photos a name.  She also has some pretty big prizes!   Another blogger will do a timed contest to see who can be the 5th person to leave a comment..   But what could I do??   Let me know if you have an idea.   

And another thing, a contest would not be very fun if only two of you posted a comment.    Now I know there are a lot of people reading this blog.   A LOT more than 2 of you....   Way more than 2 of you .  So lurkers this will be your chance to let me know who you are.      Because I really do like to give things away.   Probably too much . But I cannot give anything away in a contest if no one posts.   

So this Friday I will post what the contest will be.

Here it is the Prize...

While I am working on the computer today (working on someone's newsletter)   I did a  little search for photoshop brushes.     And found some really cool things to play with in photoshop. 

This is what I made... 

Looks like a photograph doesn't it?    Nope I painted it with these cool brushes. 

You still have to really get a feel for them and I need to practice more to make them look really real.        I want to paint clouds with real paint like these.    Not sure yet what I am going to do with these brushes  but whatever it is it will be fun...
